DJ 2020 Manual: Equipment

[li]Delete Equipment: You will only be able to delete a piece of
equipment if it has not been added to any Disco's[/li]
[li]Equipment Name: This item is required This will be used in
lists to find a piece of equipment.[/li]
[li]Category: This item is required Select an item from the list
or add a new Category into the list you will then be asked if
you wish to add it, or you can Double Click the field to open
the Category Editor where you can add one or more items or
delete any unused Categories.[/li]
[li]Available Units: This item must be >=0 This would normally
be updated by the purchased see below, You can add the number
you started the database with without having to add purchase
information, but I would recommend adding any new purchases
details obtained after you start using DJ 2020.[/li]
[li]Short Description: add any useful information[/li]
[li]Main/Effect Button: you have 2 images you can add, lighting
effects will also have an effect which we have allowed for this
button switches between one or the other.[/li]
[li]Add Picture: By default the main picture will be visible to
add an effect picture click the main/effect button which will
change it's name to "Effect", Use this button to add a picture
of your equipment/effect you could use these on reports Etc.
Pictures are stored in the picture folder this can be setup on
the Preferences

[li]Remove Picture: This will remove the picture currently
visible Main/Effect[/li]

Equipments Purchases

[li]Delete: you can delete any item should you need to.[/li]
[li]Supplier: This item is required Select a supplier from the
list or add a new Supplier into the list you will then be asked
if you wish to add it, Adding it will open the Address book
showing the entry where the remaining items can be added View

calendar to select a date.[/li]

[li]Ledger: if the button is green then you have not posted your
