Version 2 updates

These are improvments that I find help me with day to day usage
Added both types for authors to the add authors screen to help
with selecting the correct one should there be more than one An
author doe's not have to have any types there name will still
diplay.

Added the number of books you have in each set this will show
the total number of books for all sets if you select "All"
filter type and will only display the number of books you have
for say Audio books Etc

Updated The Book Screen to show which books in a set you have
this also depends on the format you have selected on the my
books list also added a list to the contributions so you can
select an item from the list of add items.

Corrected Minor error with the "book sets reading" which happens
if the screen is closed without selecting an item and using the
X button top right
Created a new object Wishlists which uses the categories
