       CTE 2525 Compiler Rules

       I have been running this chart for a while now and have decided
       to add a rule set to it, It will be simple.
       I'll add to these as I consider it.
       [list type=decimal]
       [li]for a track to be cincidered for chart(s), It will have 1 or
       more previous plays (It will only use tracks with no previous
       plays if the total played is less then in chart #[/li]
       [/list]
       If I think Of More I'll add them should you wish to have one
       considered post a reply and I'll look at it.
