       Forza Mini Championship Rules (FMC) & Regulations

       1.1 Car Build and livery requirements
       - The car we will be using for this championship is the:
       2009 Mini Cooper JCW
       - The tune is available from: BR m33pm33p And is called: XRN FMC
       - All Cars must run mandatory number board which can be obtained
       from LMP Renegade
       - All cars must run the XRN URL which can be anywhere on the
       sides of the car which can be obtained from LMP Renegade
       - All cars must run the DARL flag also available from BR
       m33pm33p
       - Race Numbers for competitors will be the same as Darl allowing
       darl competitors to keep thier race number
       - Liveries can be replica or of your own design
       1.2 Event Format
       The Format for the event is as follows
       - Qualifying: 1 out lap followed by 1 flaying lap
       - 2 x 20 minute races (Races will have a number of laps to
       dictate 20 minutes)
       - No restarts will be made however in the event of a incident
       involving 3 or more competitors a safety car will be called
       - The Race leader may be used as a safety car when no safety car
       is available to use
       - No overtaking before the start/finish line after the safety
       car has been called in lead driver to set the pace of grid once
       safety car has been called in.
       Points will be awarded as follows:
       - Fastest Racing Lap - 1 Point
       - Fastest qualifying lap - 1 point
       - 10 th - 1
       - 9 th - 2
       - 8 th - 3
       - 7 th - 4
       - 6 th - 5
       - 5 th - 6
       - 4 th - 8
       - 3 rd - 10
       - 2 nd - 12
       - 1 st - 15
       1.3 Penalties​ and appeals procedure:
       The following penalties can and will be awarded:
       - Theese are all taken from the MSA yearbook
       - Gaining an unfair advantage. - penalty carries 10 second time
       penalty
       - Driving in a manner incompatible with general safety, and/or
       departing from the standard of a reasonably competent driver. -
       Exclusion from race or Exclusion from race and referral to
       stewards of the meeting
       - Driving in a manner incompatible with general safety, and/or
       departing from the standard of a reasonably competent driver.
       (Aggravated Contact) - Exclusion from race or Exclusion from
       race and referral to stewards of the meeting
       - Making another competitor lose control or otherwise causing an
       avoidable incident - 10 second penalty
       - Running beyond the track limits in racing - 5 second time
       penalty / 10 second time penalty for repeat offenders
       Appeals Procedure:
       - Any Competitor who is unhappy with the stewards decision has
       the right to appeal within 48 hours of the penalty bieng issued,
       and new evidence can be submitted in support of the appeal
       - Penalties can be reduced, increased or removed depending on
       the stewards review.
