       Before you even start reading this application, I'd like to say
       how kind you guys are out there and how much you've helped me
       improve some things.
       IGN: iShuffler
       Age: 15
       TimeZone: GMT
       Experience:I started MC in 2011. Throughout that time I have
       made many friends and many enemies. During this time though, I
       have made more friends and caused a happy atmosphere around the
       servers that I come across and spend my time on. I am looking
       for a job that has great responsibility and pleasure. On all of
       the other servers that I play, I normally get to know the
       players & staff and then apply if I think help is needed. But
       this server is absolutely fine! I want to become a staff member
       on this server to get involved in all of the possibilities there
       are within DarkFireMC and its community. I can use grammar;
       understand peoples worries and mainly, take control and learn
       how to play fair.
       How much time will you spend on the server: 2 - 8 hours a day.
       Rank: VIP+, O. (O cost 6bil, I think I have done well..)
       Why Should you Become Staff?: I want to be a staff member so I
       can improve my skills of helping players and expand my personal
       maturity. I know how to keep a good atmosphere and can improve
       the server every time I join, and keep the players entertained
       and happy! :) I want to improve the server every way I can and
       watch it grow to a server with pride and knows how to take care
       of every situation we face. I now know the Dark Fire MC
       community is growing - fast. So I need to change whatever needs
       to be changed whilst we still can.
       Because of this, I would want to be a staff member because I can
       overcome almost everything I come face to face with. I have
       watched people evolve through the server and seen people rage,
       members become bullies and members become beggers. There is
       nothing wrong with this, but it would be better if it was
       stopped. If people want cash, they could kindly ask (in my
       opinion) and only ask once. If the person they ask says no, and
       they say it again, I'd mute them for how many times they asked
       them (if they asked twice, 2 minute mute, 3 asks, 3 min mute,
       etc.) and kick them so they cannot /r or /reply.

       Head - Mod / Mod / Helper or whatever this application deserves.
       Also, read my complaint of the lack of effort within most
       applications. If the staff are doing a good job, and are MATURE
       enough to keep it, do not demote them. Otherwise, demote them.
       I'm not picking on BBoy but his Mod application was about 40
       words long, so how did he get staff.
       Anyway, to conclude this application, I'd like to give a big
       thank you for all of those people out there kind enough to read
       this application from a player on your server. Thank you.
