       Lack of efffort within applications

       I've just had a quick look through all of the applications that
       people have done. I've seen 20 word applications - ACCEPTED. You
       need them to put more effort in, atleast 100 words. Otherwise,
       they'd say 'i want to be an admin and i will be a good 1'. ISs
       that honestly acceptable?
