Half-Blood Prince love

I adore this film. Actually, it's my favourite Harry Potter
film. It's hard to explain, I just find it so captivating. The
atmosphere, the tone, the cinematography, score, everything is
beautiful.

I agree, it's beautiful. Probably the most beautiful film,
visually, of all of them. Maybe even more than Azkaban.

I love Half-Blood Prince. It's my second favorite Potter film
after Part 2. I agree about everything. I loved how it mixed
light-heartedness with that underlying sense of danger.

Yep, it's always been my favorite, now tied with DH2 (probably).
There's just something about it. My favorite cinematography,
too. And great acting from Felton, Rickman, and Gambon.

It's not my favorite, but it definitely deserves all the love it
gets. And it's ranked near the top for me. It really is
beautiful and very well done. The cinematography, the score, and
the balance of tone are what stick out to me most.

I've always felt that the final half-hour of Half-Blood Prince
represents the best climax of any Harry Potter film. My opinion
has always found opposition from fans upset that 1.) the
skirmish between the Order and the Death Eaters was removed or
2.) Dumbledore's funeral was cut.

I don't really mind that they cut all that out, but I thought
they could've done something better than they did. While I do
mostly overlook it, it was pretty stupid how the death eaters
just came in, wrecked shit, then quickly got out. And then Harry
was right there for them to snatch up and bring to Voldy, but
they didn't do it because Snape said not to. It wasn't like his
reason was really solid or anything either so they just end up
looking like idiots. But I can overlook this because everything
else about the movie is just perfect to me.

Yeah, I agree with those logic flaws, but they aren't big enough
to impede the climax IMO.

Top 3 for me, and easily one of the most rewatchable movies out
of the whole series. There are only a couple cheesy scenes, and
everything else is wonderful.
As a Ron/Hermione shipper, I love the focus they gave Ron and
Hermione's relationship in this movie, and all the hints they
gave.
