I have converted my sister to Doctor Who. We just finished S6
tonight. It was my 2nd time watching the show, and my sister's
first. I did not care for 11 the first time around, I'll be
honest. My 2nd time through, I'd now rank Smith with Tennant
when it comes to being my favorite Doctor :) And that's
something as I was sure no one could touch Tennant.
So yeah, Matt Smith definitely grew on me!

Matt Smith owed a lot of his success as The Doctor to Steven
Moffat's writing. A happy and youthful doctor in a Russel T.
Davies series which was more light hearted compared to Moffat's
       dark approach.
