       Cedric Diggory: The best Hufflepuff?

OK, so I think we can all safely cop to having ... unfair ...
stereotypes about Hufflepuffs. They're dumb, untalented, the
       leftovers, etc.
But doesn't Cedric kind of smash that? He was picked as the real
Triwizard Champion, meaning that he was better than anyone in
Slytherin, Gryffindor or Ravenclaw. I'd also make the case that
in a fair competition, he may have won. He won the underwater
golden egg challenge outright, and outlasted Fleur in the maze
and may have even won that.

I actually quite like Cedric. He's been somewhat tainted by the
actor's later career, but you have to admit he was pretty
       awesome.
He was a really good guy, and yeah, he probably would have won

Yeah, he probably is. But the best Hufflepuff is still not
better than the worst in other Houses. :|
       I kid, I kid.
Nah, I don't really mind Hufflepuff. And yeah, they have unfair
stereotypes. I usually just make fun of them for jokes.
       They are an easy target...

It doesn't help that the Hufflepuffs on Pottermore are such
Hufflepuffs. You just wanna ride off on a fluffeh unicorn with
       one.

I'll go one step further and say he's the only good Hufflepuff.
I hate fucking Ernie and Justin and Hannah.
       Nah, like Clark.

They are an easy target and making fun of them is funny, but
really the traits of a Hufflepuff are much more admirable than
the traits of all the other houses. I'll take loyalty and hard
work over stupid bravery or intelligence any day.

It's so true. We must just pick on them because we all truly
       want to be them.
       HAHAHAHA
jk who'd want to be a Hufflepuff?
       But really

Isn't loyalty a Gryffindor trait too, though?
But anyway, as a whole, Hufflepuff does have the most admirable
       traits than the other Houses.
But I don't exactly identify with all - or even most - of them
which is why it's so easy to pick on them.
It's all in good fun though. I never mean it maliciously.

       Nope, it's just Hufflepuff. I've noticed it's a common
misconception, though. Ha ha. Not that Gryffindor's can't be
       loyal, I'm sure.
And one of the reasons why I've always been such a strong
supporter of Hufflepuff house was because I always kind of felt
sorry for it. But hey, maybe that's why I was placed in
       Hufflepuff. Ha ha.
