Russell: Did Nan dig him up?

As one last "fuck you!" before she left? She kind of shared a
knowing look with Eric when talking about other vampires who
"don't like" the authority. It had to be someone who knew where
he was buried, and Bill or Eric may have told her at some point.
Makes you wonder if she's responsible for Newlin, too, although
she would've had to have kept him stashed somewhere long before
digging up Russell, if she did.
EDIT: Ooooh, or what if it was Pam doing it out of
revenge/jealousy? So many possibilities ...

Yeah, either could have. I'm thinking more Pam though just by
how pissed and upset she was (rightly so). Does anyone think she
may be in love with Eric? I mean obviously they have a close
relationship and are very fond of each other. Maybe I'm late to
the game on guessing that but since she is such a bitch (in an
awesome way) it's hard to think she actually has those types of
feelings inside her.

It's really hard to tell. Like, sometimes, I think she
loves-loves him, like romantically. Other times he's like her
parent and authority figure. And others it's like they're very
close — but platonic — friends. Maybe she doesn't even know?
Now I'm curious as to who made Steve Newlin a vamp.
Oh, and I think I figured out the hook for next season: zombies.
Terry thought his "friend" wa dead because he is. Arlene even
teased it: "Zombies are the new vampires."
