How do you get your wand?

I'm stuck on the "arriving at Diagon Alley" chapter. But I
can't skip to the next chapter. I've skipped through all the
other chapters.
Am I supposed to open an account at Gringotts? How do I do that?

You need to get your "shopping list."
If you zoom in once or twice, the shopping list is sitting in
the middle of the street, on the ground. You can see Gringotts
at the very end of the street, and I think if you click on the
goblin, it'll take you inside. You need to get your shopping
list and the stuff on it, then you get your wand.

Could be a glitch. Keep trying.
