It's almost comically dark and grim, but I'm holding out hope
that it will still be better than expected and live up to its
potential.
I'm still more excited for this than Age of Ultron, since at
least this has potential to be different and visually
interesting. I feel like I've already seen Age of Ultron.

You're not wrong. Honestly, once you've seen a Marvel movie,
you've kinda seen them all.
As for the Batman vs Superman teaser, I'm not quite sure what to
make of it. I'll wait for a full trailer.

I'm really excited for this movie and Suicide Squad.
I've been growing tired of Marvel movies as of late. They all
feel too similar. Not many of the villains have actually made me
care. I'm excited for Age of Ultron and Captain America 3, but I
don't really care for the rest.

Actually the one thing I'm looking forward to is how DC will
handle it's characters and their place in the real world. Marvel
has so far not done much on that front, because almost everyone
in the world has pretty much accepted superheroes are part of
their daily lives. I think till now, only X-Men has tried to
explore the idea of how the superheroes will affect the real
world. However, going by the trailer, I'd like to see more of
how Snyder handles the character of Superman, with some claiming
it to be the Second Coming whereas others (like Lex and Bats)
calling him a 'false god' and thinking that he can't really be
trusted. It is this stuff that might make it more than just a
'Superman fights Batman' movie

I still prefer Marvel to DC.. yes all their movies are basically
the same but to me they are still very entertaining and fun to
watch. In the last 15 years there have only been 3 DC movies I
thought were good.. the rest was either extremely bad or just
meh.. I really don't have any faith that this will be any
better. The track record for these characters aren't really the
best as most of their movies so far have been bad.

I prefer Marvel movies (so far) but I like DCs characters on the
whole a lot more, they're just more iconic and exciting to me.

I'm really split between Marvel and DC characters.. I really
like most of them but they've just been handled so bad in the
movies. I wish they would have made a live-action Justice League
series instead and tie in the currently established DC tv-shows
which are so much better than everything else on tv right now
imo.

I've always always liked Marvel more, both in comics as well as
movies (even though my favorite superhero is Batman). To me,
Marvel is the absolute best when it comes to variety as it has
had so many interesting characters as opposed to DC which only
has a couple of well known characters and the rest aren't even
that great (unless we're talking about Vertigo).
It's ironic that now DC is trying to follow Marvel's footsteps
when it comes to adapting it's characters whereas back when it
was founded, Marvel was the one trying to copy DC.

I like both. They are both awesome. I like DC more because of
Batman. I don't think I've been interested in a Marvel character
half as much as Batman. I think Batman's villains are also
superior to any of Marvels. Especially in the adaptions. I like
Loki and Ultron looks promising, but I will take Joker, Penguin,
Two-Face, Poison Ivy, Harley Quinn and company any day.
Also, Marvel really needs to make another solid videogame. The
Batman Arkham series is one of my favorite series ever. Marvel
has Ultimate Alliance, which was pretty sweet, but its no Arkham
Asylum/City/Knight.
