There's been a lot of speculation. Idris Elba, Ben Whishaw (who
is my pick), Helen Mirren, John Hurt.
Supposedly they are ditching the 12 regeneration limit.

I am with Dayna on this. I'd rather The Doctor be a black guy
than a woman.
