       The Academy Award now officially The Oscars

       They've "rebranded". Can't say I'm surprised considering they're
       trying to update the awards and bring in a younger audience what
       with this year's host and the rumors of reunions and animated
       cartoon characters making appearances. I get that they want to
       bring in bigger ratings but I think they'll find changing too
       much is going to piss off the fanbase they already have. I like
       the old musty Academy Awards. They're a long standing tradition
       and the mustiness is what makes them above all of the other
       award shows.
