This is...unexpected. I'll see how it turns out of course, but
CBS has a terrible track record with comedies. Then again, I
liked My Name is Earl and what very little I've seen of Raising
Hope.

I think this could actually be a good move on his part. It
sounds like it has potential and I think of the three of them
his acting seemed to be the most consistently above average,
which is perfect to lead a TV series.
If the character is different enough and well written enough, in
a few years he might actually be remembered as this character,
other than only being remembered as Ron or "that ginger from
Harry Potter".

I'm just relieved that it's a show on a station I actually get.
I'm still upset that I can't watch True Blood thanks to HBO
being something I have to PAY for (and I'm in college... we
don't get upgrades for cable here).
Edit: And I thought Raising Hope was on Fox?

Could be funny! I always thought he'd suit a telly comedy but I
always thought it'd be a British one :D
