I don't like how the centaurs were portrayed in this film

They were way too animalistic which was fine to show them angry,
but they needed some lines of dialogue just to emphasise that
the way Umbridge was treating them was way too bigoted.
It also would've been fine if they had kept them like they were,
but at least have had some scenes with Firenze teaching classes,
showing that centaurs are not just angry beasts.

Yeah, it seemed like they only communicated through, like,
neighing sounds rather than a human speech like in the books.
They're supposed to be highly intelligent creatures (and
slightly arrogant), but they acted like savage beasts in the
film. And Firenze could've easily been fitted into the whole new
Divination teacher subplot. I mean, we know Trelawney was sacked
in the film, but what happened to Divination classes for the
rest of the school year? They could've easily explained that
Firenze (a character we HAVE met in the films) took over, and
then that's why the centaurs were "so riled", as Hagrid says.

I do think they should've been shown in a better light, but I
was still A LOT more sympathetic towards them than Umbridge. I'm
sure most audiences were too. It would've been cool to see
Firenze teaching Divination though.
