Is Nagini the same snake that Harry set free in PS/SS?

I saw this one on a few websites. That the snake Harry freed in
the zoo was Nagini. I think it's not possible because that snake
was a constrictor whereas Nagini was a venomous snake. What do
you guys think?

Nah they're different snakes, they're different breeds and
genders I think.

No she's not. That was just a rumor that became very popular.
Voldemort picks up Nagini post POA. Also, the snake in PS was
native to Brazil and Voldemort was in Albania so I don't see how
that would have happened.

This has nothing to do with anything, but the idea that all
snakes speak the same language, regardless of origin, is sort of
silly. Like, Harry can understand a Brazilian snake as well as
an Albanian? I cant understand either. (Mostly because I don't
speak parseltongue.)
But yeah, they're not the same snake.
