       This was much more exciting when I thought it was just the one
       film. Now that it's going to be three I can only watch with
       cautious optimism. It still looks like it will capture the epic
       beauty of the original trilogy's scenery and Howard Shore's
       score sounds great as expected.
       I suppose Part 1 will end around the Riddles in the Dark
       (Gollum) sequence, I think they'll make it a more action-packed
       and visually exciting pay off with Bilbo having to outrun Gollum
       to escape the cave or something.
       I'm pretty interested to see what direction they take the story
       to expand it as much as they obviously have. Also the Lost fan
       in me is looking forward to seeing Evangeline Lilly as an elf,
       plus she's hot so there's that.
