Pottermore a failure?

Do you guys think its a success?
For me it was awesome for the first couple of weeks of the beta,
but now its just blah. I know they have to spread out the
release of the books so that they can keep a constant stream of
users and what not, but Pottermore really hasn't given me any
incentive to go back til they release new material.

I think the delay hurt them, yeah. I also think they need more
to do on it — potions and spells will only be fresh for so long.
I think the interest is still there, they just have to keep it
fresh and roll out new material at a faster rate. There's no
reason it had to take a year before Chamber of Secrets was
released. The concept itself was cool, but they bungled the
execution.

Exactly. I obviously wasn't expecting to fly around and play
quidditch or anything, but I still had pretty high expectations.
I love how they reveal the additional content and I think thats
great for kids who are reading along with the book.
What do you think they could possibly add?
I think it would be awesome if they added Wizard's Chess,
Gobstones, and Exploding Snap. There is potential for a card
game to be incorporated as well.
