That's what I think.
However, I may have jumped the gun. I haven't seen any other
confirmation on this AND coupled with the fact that IMDb could
be edited by anyone like Wikipedia. I feel silly now. Certainly
would be very interesting if this is true.

Could be interesting, though I don't know if I like the idea :\
especially after all the family ties with the River arc, I'd
hope they'd step away from doing like that again so soon. If so
they'll do it well though I'm sure.

It might just be because all the companions of New Who (bar
Billie Piper because she couldn't) have appeared before hand in
the show, and all except Catherine Tate played a different role,
so it might be a tradition they want to continue in some way.
