The editing bothered me more but they did go overboard on the
shaky cam at times. It's one thing to shake the camera up a bit
when there is some action or when trying to get a slight
handheld/doc feel but there were scenes early on where it almost
felt like they were about to drop the camera and there wasnt't
even action going on. And I agree about the close-ups as well.

It was just a bit too much for me even during the action scenes.

I saw it twice and it is very noticeable but it didn't bother me
much. It does allow for the movie to gloss over a lot of the
gore to keep it PG-13 but allows to audience to see enough to
get a sense of how violent the Games are.

While I didn't mind the shaky cam in general (and though I can't
really say it's the best use of it I've seen), that fight scene
at the very end was extremely poorly shot.
