Ron and Hermione

Hey, the other ships are getting their own threads so the best
ship deserves their own!!! ;D
I guess just talk about everything you love about them, when you
knew they were in love, etc.
They are the couple that made me the hopeless shipper I am
today!

I love them. Just completely adorable, they complement each
other perfectly. And yeah, they bicker — it diffuses the
tension!

Yeah, they may not be perfect but they're in love and they
understand each other

I just adore them. They were the first ship that I was ever
really invested in. Clearly the best ship in the HP universe. :D

It's a good and honorable ship, even if it's not my first love
as HP shipping goes. I actually really like that H/G and R/Hr
are two flavors of couple that are different but are awesome in
their own way. It's sort of like R/Hr are chocolate and
pretzels (salty and sweet...not the same but go well together)
and H/G are like ice cream and chocolate sauce.
Do you think Ron and Hermione ever sort of settled in and quit
fighting or do you think they always sort of at least playfully
picked at each other? Like, I've known older couples that sort
of picked at each other for decades, but it was more of a comedy
routine for them than serious fights where anyone was actually
upset. They basically did it for amusement more than anything
else.

I can definitely see them playfully picking on each other
forever, it's part of what makes them 'them'. Ya know?
But I don't think they'd have all the major fights and fallings
out because most of that was based on Ron's insecurities about
whether she really loved him or not

I love the relationship between R/Hr. I had heard of it before I
ever read the books, which is one of the reasons why I was
intrigued. My cousin was talking about it and mentioned a
romance between the trio. I automatically assumed that Hermione
was liking Harry, but when she said "no, all the sparks are
between Harry's friend and her" it made me pause. That usually
doesn't happen, so that immediately made me think "I need to
read this".
My husband read DH before I did and I PLEADED with him to tell
me if Ron and Hermione finally got their act together before the
ending...haha.

haha, I'm the exact opposite, if anybody had told me how they
got together I would have brutally murdered them!
