I had a chance to go there, too, damn it. My friends (ones I've
met on the internet, so I don't get to see them often) and I
have agreed to meet up once a year and go on a vacation, and
Wizarding World was on the list of possibilities this year. We
opted for a cruise instead. Hopefully touring ancient Mayan
ruins in the Yucatan and drinking lots of liquor on Mexican
beaches will be more fun than WWoHP or I'll be sad.

You'll be drunker, so that's a plus, but you could also vomit,
that's a negative. Sounds more relaxing than a theme park
though.

I've never vomited from too much alcohol (in fact, I rarely get
more than a buzz), so hopefully I won't. Plus, I suspect the
prices of drinks will be sky-high on the ship, so that might be
a good deterrent. The ship we're going on has an adults-only
section with hot tubs and a bar, so I won't have to be around
screaming kids the whole time, thank God.
I think it'll be fun, even if there won't be butterbeer and
shops that sell HP merchandise and a tour of Hogwarts. Either
way, at least I'll get away from my crazy grandmother.

Very jealous.
I have paid vacation time that I need to use by the end of the
year and I've been trying to convince everyone/anyone to at
least spend a weekend with me in Orlando. And they're all being
freaking lame. I can't even get anyone to meet me at the HP
Exhibit and half my friends work/live in the city. I guess I
just have to be an HP loner.
Anyway, I'd tell you to have fun at Wizarding World, but that's
a given.
