       Maybe you didn't noticed, that under each member's icon there's
       a words:
       Karma: +0/-0
       [applaud] [smite]
       "Karma" means member's popularity. If you want, you can applaud
       member, then his karma will increase by 1 point. You can smite
       him, too. Then his popularity will go down -1.
