How i can get premium account? i see that all other players got
premium except me... so how i can get it? ???

You already have premium account!
As you have noticed, you can do all premium spells.
Maybe you mean promotion? For example Master Sorcerer. You can
buy

No, im really sure that i dont have premium account, it says
that i got Free Account and i dont even have premium outfits
etc... and i cant buy houses as well cuz im not Premium Account
user.... :-\ :(
