Magic level drop rate

with blessings you drop like 0% of Level, but more than 100%
magic level? that sucks much because of pk's and wars. die few
times a day and drop ml by 4 and so on, that sucks really much,
i think you should lose like 30% of magic level and more from
LEVEL
