She giggled
"Well considering I am already dead nothing much would change.
However... I understand...I will allow you to handle this from
here on. I am very aware of my limitations...if fact, Thomas is
often disappointed that I underestimate what I am capable of
doing. Do not fear for me Andrea, I will let artisitc dogs ...
create... in peace. Do not take my lack of fear as
stupidity...it is simply a matter of knowing I am at a
disadvantage and having no recourse at the moment. I also have
not hatred of them as I have never met one...until now...let
alone one concerned with ending me.
She held up a hand
"....and before you say it, yes, I realize they ALL want to end
us."
She smiled over at Andrea
"As for the house having grown fond of me...I doubt that. It
seems they may be growing fond of Sarantha..who they think is
me. "

Yes they think she is you . . But only cause she is your mirror.
. Just not your mind or soul . .but I was referring to Aliyna
myself .and Gavriel. . The others minus Sarantha are ignorant of
the things that go on around them. Besides you have yet to bed
Aliyna nnd she is longing to be close to her Master

She squeezed Andrea's hand
"I am surprised you think so highly of me, considering the
constant changes since I have returned...and me being...me. And
I have serious doubt that Gavri'el is as fond of me as he
claims..he has taken the brunt of the changes. "
She stopped walking to better discuss this with Andrea. SHe had
been meaning to do so, just...never had. One side of her mouth
perked up into a crooked smile
"I have been meaning to visit Aliyna, but each time I consider
it I feel as if I would be intruding on your time together...or
it is so late and I do not want to interrupt your sleep...or
something else drags me into something I'd rather not be doing."
She squeezed her hand again
"Tell me a time you would like me to come and I will be there.
This way I will know I am not being a bother to the schedule you
both follow."

You may come anytime infact she enjoys being awoken for certain
things it her than that she sleeps like a log
* She gave a wicked smile usually reserved for non mortal that
sent a small shiver down Amaris back*

She shook her head, still smiling
"Just stay as you are, I would never wish yo to change. Your
honesty is the best thing for me. And of course you can have me
anytime...it should be no other way."
There were times like this when she realized how oddly things
were going in her life. How had hundreds of years passed
relatively quietly....years slipping away as she studied and
worked to keep her Sire happy ... then suddenly 2 months has
passed in a storm of chaos?
