Looking for information

*When amaris woke that night there was a note hanging on the
outer keep door just on the inside so was out of sight of anyone
on the outside. Was curious how it got there with out anyone or
anything seeing them. It was brought to her by Sarantha with a
smile*

Seated at the desk she smiled back as she took the note but did
not immediately open it. Instead, she again studied the face
they said was like hers. Not to appear rude she looked away
after a moment. She wondered about beauty and the perception of
it
"Thank you. Now, Sarantha, please...stop calling me ma'am in
the privacy of our home. Amaris is fine, really."
She looked at the paper in her hand as Adestria suddenly landed
on her shoulder and scurried down her arm to see if what she
held was edible.
"On the gate?...peculiar."
She opened the note to see what message it held

*Leaving her alone with the letter and her companion. as she
opened the note a small amount of dirt slipped from between the
fold at it read*

Good to see you in good spirits this evening sorry for the
letter but i thought you would like to know as soon as you awoke
this evening. I have some information you wish to know if you

She watched the dirt fall then read, smiling when she saw who
the message was from. She looked at the dirt on her lap and
briefly wondered if were actually dirt, or some small part of
Malachite himself. She pushed away the thought as Adestria, now
bored, abandoned her perch in search of some excitement...or
food.
Noting the address he had given, she stood and tucked the
message into the front of her dress. She made a mental note to
remind Andrea to have pockets put in this one. She considered
going alone in just her bindings but decided that arriving
nearly undressed to a summons might seem rude. So instead she
would go alone, catching Aylin on her way out to let her know
where she was heading in case she were needed....or would go
missing...then she slipped out the door and moments later the
gate and made her way to place where she would meet Malachite.

*the spot was non descript and somethign you could pass by all
day every day and not realize a thing. She could see the doorway
was open and allowing to see inside which at first seemed to be
a bare and adbandoned building when a shadow of a body appeared*

She expected no less from one as scrupulous as Lord Malachite.
So when the shadow appeared in the doorway she simply smiled and
curtsied
"Thank you, it is an honor to be invited"
She would wait for instructions from the shadow-person then
follow as asked.

Pardon the intrusion but its for your safety
*she saw the hand takes hers as they are led into the dark and
seemed to be decending down stairs about at least a story or two
in depth and succession of lefts and rights and then the hand
left her standing what could be a room the sound fo water
dripping nearby the room damp from moisture*

She allowed herself to be led into the darkness and even when
she was stopped and left alone she did not use her gift to see
her surroundings. She waited until she heard his voice and even
then answered before asking permission to use it.
"Lord Malachite, thank you for inviting me. Would it be
acceptable for me to use a discipline to see in this darkness? I
didn't want to do so without permission, I know your privacy is
of the utmost importance."

*soon as she asked candles began to be lit sending out
flickering shadows through out the cavern area. A small trickly
of water was running through the middle of the room with her on
one side him on the other*

She squinted at the sudden light, but still managed to smile as
brightly upon seeing Malachite
"Thank you, but this will do fine. I just like to see the other
person when I talk, so many small things are conveyed with
gestures and looks, I feel like the conversation is incomplete
otherwise. But I'm rambling..."
She stepped to the other side of the trickle and embraced him as
usual. Stepping back a bit to talk comfortably, she was still
smiling up at him like he was her favorite relative.
"So before we get to this business, everything is well with you
and yours I hope?"
