Mannix smiled and greeted the guards by name as he carried a
large package in his arms. Down he went, deep under the palace
to the realm of the royal physician. He looked around and found
an empty table where he set it down.
"Lady Alicia, I hope you are having a good night. May I have
your attention for a moment?"

He smiled as he looked over naked body. He couldn't help but
appreciate what was displayed.
"Unfortunately this is about business, though the social is
always tempting. We should do this again soon. I have 4 months
of artwork here and I was hoping you could either look at the
drawings and let me know what you want left as is, what should
be colored and if you want any to be grand. I can also redo some
in miniture if you wish."

He watched her, asked about a few other drawing and marked these
drawings. There were about a hundred already. And it wasn't even
half way into the first year. He made notes of what she wanted
and how she wanted them. He could see this would the worlds more
definitive book on anatomy ever.
"I can start working on the adjustments, the increased and
decreased size, coloration and the like. You realize at this
rate you are going to have over 2000 drawings to choose from. I
do not think i have even seen that many sketches in one place.
Not even in a library. Have you learned anything lately about
the archer victims? Anything new?"

have not been any new victims since that last event been quiet.
. . the more choices the more definitive work it will be plus
some i just want to hang up in room to continue to look at them
since you do such lifelike work

He looked at her curiously.
"Thank you first of all. Do you like the look of death, of
people flayed and cut open around you? Or is it the science of
it, the way people work, the layer behind each piece of flesh?
What is it you like to see?"

He nodded and looked at them. He examined one and then another.
"You have a good eye. Those are my best. Probably some of the
best things I have ever done. I am working for you, for your
book, But... if you wish to purchase something special.. we
could talk price."
He wasn't sure if he could be more realistic than that.
