I agree with the topics you've listed. I think you've covered
the basics.
I'm also concerned about the 'which album is best thread' due to
differences in opinions. There could be arguments. I think the
'album discussion thread' would do fine on it's own, but it too
could have some conflict. Most of the DP fanbase is kind and
considerate, so I doubt it would escalate into something
horrific should people disagree with one another.
I have a few more ideas:

[li]Interstella 5555 <-- Or a films thread.[/li]
[li]Daft Punk Official Photo Shoots (example: Vogue) <-- Could
be combined with the interview thread.[/li]
[li]Tribute Bands / Official Tour Thread (should an official
tour be scheduled)[/li]
[li]Information (for new fans to learn about Daft Punk's
origins, etc) <-- Can include Q&A in case questions aren't
answered in the official thread.[/li]

ok amen to the tribute band thread, that would be hella
and like yeah a best album thread might not be the best idea.
this is a really nice fandom, but i dont wanna risk any fights.
maybe we could give each album its own thread?
