Private- PVT - Duties of a Private is basically just learn what
CYR is about and play and attend meetings/gamenights.
Private First Class- PFC - Private First Class is a rank a
private gets after participating in the online forums, meetings,
and game nights. No real duties just keep trying recruit and
attend events and meetings.
Lance Corporal- LCpL- Been in CYR for 5 weeks
Corporal- CPL- A Corporal has been member for 6 weeks and been
active within CYR and duties are to go to training, meetings,
and gamenights and try to recruit and post on the forums.
Sergeant- SGT - A Sergeant is in training on how to recruit also
helps on hosting game nights and post on forums and gets
recruits and been in CYR for 10 weeks.
Staff Sergeant- SSGT- In charge of keeping up with people in
uniforms for the squad.
Gunnery Sergeant- GSGT- In charge of talking to other GSGT for
setting up CYR Scrims/Pratices for Squad Battles
Master Sergeant- MSGT- The Master Sergeant rank is reserved for
Sergeants that have taken the necessary actions such as not only
adding CYR to their gamer tag, but also show the drive and
willingness to move onward through the ranks by showing
initiative, creativity and ability to work with other people.
While ranks below Master Sergeant are welcome to point potential
recruits toward the proper ranks for recruitment, Master
Sergeants are the first rank given the opportunity to attend
recruitment workshops and learn what a squad's basic
requirements are for recruit eligibility. The actual act of
recruitment must still be carried out in the presence of a
Lieutenant or above in order to ensure all requirements are met
and that proper procedure is followed.Duties: Continuing the
same duties as a Sergeant. Master Sergeants are afforded the
opportunity to learn about recruitment and, in conjunction with
their LT's can help to evaluate the eligibility of incoming
recruits. Certain circumstances may require that a GEN assign
certain tasks that may be considered the responsibility of a LT
to a Master Sergeant a trial basis.Reports to: Lieutenants
First Sergeant- 1SG - Changes gamertag to CYR is one way to rank
to this position or have 5 recruits with moderation of SGM. also
100 post on forums 3 gamenights attended or 4 meetings attended.
Master Gunnery Sergeant- MGSGT- In Charge of talking to people
and giving them warning if inactivity is occurring and filling
out the AWOL forms for CPT.
Sergeant Major- SGM - Moderates and can recruit on own. ROET
Required to be this rank.
Warrant Officer- WO- In charge of training sessions for lower
ranks/TRAINER Rank
Chief Warrant Officer 2-5- CWO#- Trains WO and is in TRAINING
for 2LT+. Also Hosts Friday night fights with other clans and
reports wins/loss forms to give to Captain.
Second Lieutenant- 2LT - In charge of gamenights and helps 1LT
with small issues. Minimum 12 weeks in CYR and 8 Recruits with
minimum 50 Post on Forums. Roet Required
First Lieutenant- 1LT - Roet Required. Has to have minimum 12
recruits. Host 10 gamenights. and attended 5 training sessions.
15 weeks in CYR.
Captains 1, 2- CPT - In charge of meeting notes and can promote
members within same squad up to SGM. 4 weeks as LT with minimum
20 recruits total. 2nd CPT is backup for 1rst CPT. ROET Required
Major- MAJ - Host Meetings, can promote to 1LT, in charge of
squad and weekly goals and rules within the CYR Code of Honor
within the squad. Minimum of 6 weeks as CPT. Roet Required.
Lieutenant Colonel- LTC- In charge of 6 Majors
Brigadier General- BG- In charge of 4 LTC.
Lieutenant General- LG- In charge of 3 BG
Major General- MG- In charge of 2 LG
General- In charge of 4 MG
Commander- COM - Roet Required. In charge of 3 Majors. Only hard
work pays off for this rank.
Senior Staff- SNST - In charge of ALL BG as a TEAM
Co-Owner-CO- The Co-Owner of CYR is the Co-worker of the Master
Owner. They work in coalition with the Master Owner and his or
her Assistants to benefit the clan as a whole. They also take
duties off of the Master Owner to lighten his workload and gives
him time to dedicate towards gaming. Duties: The Co-Owner helps
set up and build alliances within CYR. They are to oversee
everything that goes on with CYR and their Alliances. Their job
is to finish the tasks that the Master Owner gives you and
attend all Council and division meetings. Finally the Co-Owner's
are expected to show professional leadership at all times,
manage major community issues and provide help to any CYR member
that has an emergency issue.
Assistant Owner- AO - Assistant Owners are personal assistants
to the Master Owner. They carry out jobs and have the same
authority as a Master Owner. They deserve all respect and
everything gets reported to the Assistant and Master Owners.
Assistant Owners help carry out the final decision on all
issues.Duties: Assistant and Master Owners again make all final
decisions within CYR, helps set up and build affiliates and
alliances. Meets with possible sponsors and merchandisers.
Attends all Council Meetings.
Master Owners- MO - ONLY SELECTIVE FEW CAN BE

we need to add more ranks we need to change the color on rank on
rank structure
