on reflection, I think you are right.
I found several Cyclecar magazine articles from the 1920s in
which it refers to Bedelia winning races. I will looks an
example out

There is... ctrl+alt+e (on a Windows PC) will give you an acute
accent on an e. Also works with shift, to give you a capital,
and for all the vowels; áéíóú

You are correct, they did win races, Morgans did too, before
they were banned from Cyclecar races :)

Thanks Jim. I did wonder if, as suggested on that site, the real
reason "was more likely to be the fact that light powerful
three-wheelers were beating much more expensive and refined
machinery!"

I am making the removable rear section using either wood for the
rails or aluminium unequal angle; probably the latter. I have
had to redesign the shape, as I needed to widen my chassis
slightly because my shoulders are "inside" the sides[img][/img]
