I have for sale new No4 off SKF 6003-2RSH sealed ball bearing
       17mm x 35mm x 10mm, these cost £26.39 but will take £15.00 plus
       postage.
Perfect for front wheel bearings. These should have been 37mm
o/d, but they sent the smaller size and no longer list 37mm o/d,
       so are now surplus.
Contact Me via a private message for further details.

Clive, 6003 have been 35 mm forever. I'm pretty sure Chris will
pop his useful information for you. Jim has made sleeves from
37 to 35 mm. Not all of us have access to lathes.

I have a lathe but i think i would struggle to make a 10m long
sleeve 35mm ID and a wall thickness of just 1mm. I would like to
       know the technique.

For those poor souls who don't have access to a lathe I can only
suggest you get your wallet out and buy one. Then you'll be able
to experience the beautiful joy of turning and you can smell of
       suds all day.
For the bearing sleeves I used some stainless tube about 40mm
long that was 38 o/d and 35 i/d. I made a bung to fit in the end
to stop the chuck jaws crushing the tube while holding it. I
turned the o/d to size and then parted off.

I only mentioned that I have these for sale, I know they are
35mn dia and I ordered 37mm dia these where sent as a
substitute. I already have a lathe and milling machine and I am
in the process of marching the hub to take 40mm bearings.
So back to the top of the thread bearings for sale, £15.00 plus
       postage.
