Juggernaut clutch

Having taken my torque converter to bits to re fit (belt
problem) I noticed one of the guides on the centrifugal weights
has broken and was rattling around in the drive pully. So
instead of renewing like for like thought I might upgrade tp a
Juggernaut.
I am doing around 5200rpm with throttle fully open - would this
be a decent upgrade ?
if so, anyone had experience with the slightly cheaper Amazon
type in lieu of the genuine one from Gemini which is out of
stock and has been for a while.

I have a cheaper one of Ebay, my dad uses a cheaper one off
amazon :)
Both have been a good upgrade

I have one of each Bri. The Gemini one is identical to the
"Amazon, Ebay etc" one but engages at lower revs due to the
spring rating Gemini install. Both work well and are an upgrade,
I think of the two I prefer the set up of the Gemini personally
but I believe Gemini sell the springs to swap out if you want to
experiment.
A few people have taken a Juggernaut to bits and reported
excessive force necessary to dismantle due to the locktite used.

thanks for that Jim - I have the new clutch - presumably it
needs to be taken apart to fit the "copper bush" - or is the
bush really necessary - as you say it is so tight I feel I am
going to damage it.

Doesn't need the bush, only take it to bits to alter the springs
etc. Bri
