making a custom exhaust pipe

Does anyone have any expertise with exhausts?
My exhaust manifold is in the way of my drive chain (or too
close, anyway), so I want a pipe than goes through the chain and
then out the back. My welding is not good enough to be
gas-tight, so ideally I'd like to bend tube. Has anyone here
done this?

I also wouldnt say my welding was great, but I made my exhaust
out of some pre bends that I welded together, it wasn't too
difficult. I also wrapped it in fibreglass tape incase it had
any pinholes. On ebay you can buy pre bent in certain angles.

I also see you can get pre-bends through the club. That
fibreglass tape sounds a good tip.

I made my exhaust out of an old van seat frame which had the
required bend, just keep welding till it is gas tight. No many
professional welders on here 🤣
