       NEW EVENT PROCEDURES - Marshal Rota and Next Activity board.

       Hi all, please be aware that there will be some new procedures
       at some of the 2026 CKGB events.  These relate to being a
       marshal, and also notification of the next activity as detailed
       below:
       MARSHAL ROTA
       All entrants to some events will be expected to take turns in
       being a marshal.
       Entrants will be fully briefed prior to their turn.
       For their turn, they may be issued with a high-visibility vest.
       Marshal sessions will be approximately 20 to 40 minutes long.
       Each entrants name will be added to the MARSHAL ROTA board
       during signing-on.
       The board will detail when the current marshals took post and an
       orange marker will indicate who is out next.
       If you are next out, then please be ready and prepared to take
       your turn (go to the toilet, have a drink, get your sunglasses /
       hat /coat etc.) Dont wait till your required to get ready as
       this will cause delays.
       It is the entrants responsibility to keep an eye on the rota and
       be prepared for their turn.
       NEXT ACTIVITY BOARD
       This board details what the next activity will be, plus the
       approximate time it will take place.
       Each change of activity may require a briefing and a practice
       session.  The time will relate to the approximate start of the
       brief.
       Anyone not at the brief, will not be allowed to take part in the
       activity.
       It is the entrants responsibility to keep an eye on the board
       and to attend the brief
       The introduction of these procedures for the larger events
       greatly eases the admin burden for the support team, and hence
       increases the number of entrants that can enter the event.
       Consequently, your help with these procedures is greatly
       appreciated  ;D

       Please note in the example photos of the Marshal Rota (in the
       heading post) that it is configured for a track with 2 marshal
       posts, hence there are two names in each row (one person for
       each marshal post).
       For persons that are unsure of being a marshal, we can team them
       up with someone else till they gain confidence.
