       ---------------------------------------------------------
This first post of this topic will be updated as and when
information is received or becomes available.
       DATE: 30th to 31st May
VENUE: National Kit Car Show at the Three Counties Showground /
       Malvern WR13 6NW.
       STATUS: National - Endorsed

DESCRIPTION: Static display plus dynamic displays on our own
grass arena as part of a kit car show. The track location and
layout will be much the same as 2024 (the 2025 arena was smaller
due to site-works). There will probably be parades around the
venue during the weekend, plus there may be a fun concourse
event on the Saturday evening. This will also be the first
chance to grab some points for the world championship. Here is
some action from the 2024 event:

the showground. Only the CKGB officials helping to manage the

       about 10:00 on the Friday.
       SITE PLAN:
       To be issued.
ENTRY LIMITATIONS: Any limitations will depend on how many
members volunteer to be officials. However, it is hoped that we
can support between 30 and 40 entrants.

ENTRANTS: Please can you give an early indication of entering
by posting a % probability of entry, which will allow the club
to gauge the amount of support required and finalise the entry
       fees.
If the number of entrants needs to be limited, then a list of
"approved" entrants will be posted. Only APPROVED persons can

       WOW, what a response :D
Many thanks to all those that have posted their probability of
entry for this event. Your responses greatly help with setting
the entry fee and defining the composition and size the support
       team.
Last year the limitation in entries was 30, and whilst we did
not need to reject any entries, we were right on the limit.
For this year I am currently negotiating a larger paddock (last
years limiting factor), but there is then the capacity of the
track, and the size of support team that will be required.
Consequently, this year if we are going to accept more than 30
drivers. I will be selecting the most viable persons from the
entry list and then asking them to volunteer to fill various
posts. So, if we get a robust support team, then we may be able
to increase the entry level from 30 drivers to 35 or possibly
       even 40.
Once the entry size has been defined, the people on the list, in
list order, will be annotated as being "APPROVED" and then they
will be able to submit the entry form.
If an entry is not received within a reasonable amount of time,
then the next person on the list will be "APPROVED" ;D

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING SUBMITTING ENTRY FORMS
Only those persons that are listed in the heading post of this
topic as being “APPROVED” are to submit entry forms. There will
       be no refunds for mistakes.
Thankyou to everyone that had submitted their “probability of
attendance” because this has enabled the viability of the event
to be estimated and for the entry fees to be calculated.
As per the entries for Donington, the Event Secretary will soon
be “approving” persons with a 100% probability of attendance to
submit entry forms. Therefore, please reconsider your
probability of attendance and post if you wish to change it.
The word APPROVED will appear next to the relevant names on the
list. When the Entry Form has been received and processed by
the Event Secretary, then the word ENTERED will appear next to
       the name on the list.
Please note that "approved" persons that do not submit an entry
form by the “Early-bird discount date” may be placed further
down the list for this event and the other National events
because you may have prevented someone else from entering.
I expect to release the Event Regulations and Entry Form for
this event in the first week of May, just after the Donington
event. This is also when the Event Secretary will be annotating
those persons APPROVED to submit the Entry Forms.
Email the completed Entry Forms to the Event Secretary (address
       on form).

EVENT ENTRY FORM & EVENT REGULATIONS
The entry form and regulations have now been issued.
Please see an earlier post regarding who can submit an entry.
The regulations and entry form are attached to the heading post
of this topic, ensure you are logged in to see them.
Please ensure you read and understand the regulations because it
was evident at Donington that some entrants had not read them!
All entrants will be expected to take turns to provide marshal
cover, consequently a marshal briefing document has also been
attached to the heading post of this topic.

       HELMETS

allowed, however please refer to the event regulation which were
issued the other day, which now requires full-face helmets.

REQUEST FOR A CLERK OF COURSE
I am currently down as the Clerk of Course for this event, but
it would be great if one of our other Clerks could be the clerk
for this event. I am not looking for any of the Senior Clerks
to take this on, but one of our less experienced clerks, so that
they can gain some further experience.
Please note, a senior clerk would be working alongside them to
help them through the duties ;D

See you all at Malvern ;D
Ive booked sunshine for Friday and Saturday, plus a few light
showers on Sunday, just enough to dampen the grass so we can do
       some drifting :D

I could not find a ticket to purchase for 1 day with no camping.
I’ve assumed you just turn up at the exhibitor’s gate to gain
       entry. Is this correct?
       Cheers Nick
