check your spam folder as some have reported it going to spam.

We have had a good initial response to the Survey and thank you
if you have already taken the time to fill it in.
The Survey will close to new submissions at the end of this
month so if you are yet to respond, please do so soon. It should
show up in your inbox if you were a member before 1st November
this year from the CKGBsurvey@Gmail.com address, please check
your spam folder if you do not see it as it has gone astray for
a few members now.
