EVENT REGULATIONS: Attached (Remember to login to see

COSTS: Cost is expected to be around £35.00 per CycleKart.
Marshals / Officials there is no cost.
OTHER COMMENTS: Camping is available at £15.00 per night
ENTRANTS: Please can you give an early indication of entering
by posting a % probability of entry, which will allow the club
to finalise the entry fees.
Please can you also indicate if you can fill any of the event
support roles.
Marshals, non members can be signed on for the event.

Dear All, We are planning an inaugural driving event at the
Middlezoy CycleKart Raceway on 10th May 2025. This event will be
used as a forerunner to the July race weekend. The plan is to
start the day with some free practice to assess the layout and
allow for the officials to confirm safe operation. The day will
progress with some of the event formats for the July Raceday at
70 80% pace.
Feedback from the drivers and officials will be requested after
each of the events and all proposals assessed and incorporated
as appropriate.
Officials For the full track to operate we will need 5
marshals, If you are GKGB Member and willing to act as a
marshal, (but currently dont have a CycleKart) please register
for the event and indicate Marshal Only We will also be asking
for those not driving to act as marshals a full briefing will
be given at the event.
Event Rules and Regulations has been updated to version 1.2
Plans are to start the day from 9.30 to 10am and run through to
the late afternoon depending on the level of interest we could
organise an evening BBQ or similar.
Note this is a closed event and not open to the public, however
there may be other users of the aerodrome in the site.

Evening All,
If any one is thinking of coming along to the practice day
please let me have an Entry form by the middle of next week.
This will be the first time of using the track we have been
working on and a great opportunity to try out your CK and give
feedback on the track design.
More importantly the weather is looking good.

It was great to see everyone, my photos from the day are here,
feel free to use them however you like, hopefully I got everyone
driving at some point. Faster and more regular lap runners did
get their photo taken more often simply because they passed me
more times!

Thanks to all who Participated/Marshalled and Supported the
First CK Test day on the full track at Middlezoy Aerodrome.
Lots of fun and a very Sociable time ;D.
Don't Forget the WARAG event at Middlezoy on 24th / 25th May.
