Wuxi FeFo 19mm Differential

Below is a video with details of a differential that has become
available at a reasonable cost that might be of interest to some
here. I have bought one and plan to use it in my next build. It
might not be the most straight forward way to include a
differential but See Video for details.

Progress on this differential.
I have acquired a hollow kart axle and cut it to suit the diff
to give a central position to the engine, which means an offset
differential. The axle came with a bore of 18.5mm, I reamed this
out to 19.05mm, 5" deep on the wood lathe with a 3/4", 2MT
reamer using a kart axle bearing as a steady - it worked fine
with slow progress and lots of oil. The axle was then drilled
through with a 10mm bit and Fillet/plug welded to the inner diff
axle, which I cut to suit the bore (5") ground flat and then the
bearings added, Brake disc next then sprocket...

Looks like Ransomes have the Wuxi Fe-Fo diff back in stock...
