FORMS FOR ENTRANTS

This topic relates to the forms that each entrant needs to
submit when signing-on for an event.
On arrival at the event, sign-on as soon as possible to ensure
cover under the event insurance. All entrants are to submit the
following forms at signing-on:
•
Declaration form (not required for static displays).
•
for static displays).
•
(ICE) form is handed in at signing on.
•
(or a copy of the licence order confirmation email).
The above documents are to be kept in a folder that will be
issued to each entrant.
The folder will be retained by the event officials for the
duration of the event, and will be referred to as required
during any incident.
The folder is to be collected by the entrant before they leave
the event.
The safety and power declaration forms, plus the ICE form are
attached to this post.

Hi all, a quick reminder this is where to find the forms you
need for signing on at events. The forms are attachments to the
heading post but remember to log on so you can see them ;D

As detailed in the heading post the signing-on process has
changed for 2025.
Some wallets for the signing-on forms were handed out at the
AGM. For those not at the AGM, wallets will be issued at the
first event a member attends.
The wallets and the forms/licence will be retained for the
duration of the event, so please remember to collect them before
you leave.
Also remember to write your name on the wallet card, so you can
easily find it.
Attached is a PDF of my wallet as an example (Log in to view
attachments).
Please dont forget your wallet when attending an event as you
wont be allowed on track without it!
