recconoiter for Race the Waves PDF

Just an announcement as it has not shown as a new post. I have
added the reconnoiter document to the first post in the race the
waves topic under events.
This is provisional on a few points to date and may change
nearer the date when we have ironed out the details.
This has a detailed itinerary and information around camping.
(The snow has now melted in the photographs ;D )

As I went to the Thorpe Hall website and followed the booking
form I found no availability. To clarify for anybody else who is
as stupid as me, the way to proceed is NOT via that, but to send
an enquiry.
Use the references Jim has provided and then sit back for a
little less than a month and get the CK finished!

That's the way Rhys, Paul Garbutt has secured the campground for
the use of the cars and crew of entries to RTW. by priority as
accommodation was fully booked for last year. He assures me that
the instructions I have given in the PDF will give priority for
a camping space. The neighbors will be interesting too with many
hot rods and period cars to look at. The campsite has a small
shop but I would bring provisions. There is also a Pub that
serves food a little inland.

Please be aware that the Reconnoiter document has changed on the
main heading to version 2.0. Previous version is now obsolete.
Change 1 is about parking for vehicles and trailers in the pay
and display
Change 2 is a cry for help with the support vehicle.
