12th to 13th JULY - RACE WEEKEND MIDDLEZOY CYCLEKART TRACK

This first post of this topic will be updated as and when
information is received or becomes available.
DATE: 12th to 13th July
VENUE: Middlezoy airfield cyclekart track (near Bridgwater)
STATUS: Authorised
DESCRIPTION: Dynamic activities on the cyclekart track
JURISDICTION: NORA permit
EVENT SUPPORT ROLES:
Event Lead – Ian Lang
Clerk of Course – Mark Bonner
Deputy Clerks of Course – Kim Bonner
Event Secretary – Glynn Evans
Marshals/Timekeeper – TBC
Medical - Alison Wilson SRN (Sat) CKGB South West FAW (Sun)
EVENT REGULATIONS: Attached Below (Remember to log in to see.
COSTS: See Event Entry Form - Attached Below - Note Camping is
available on site, there will be a catering wagon / Bar /
Evening entertainment. There are also options locally like
Premier inn and local Pubs / B and B's, Trailers can be left at
the Aerodrome.
OTHER COMMENTS: Any help from your partners / family / guests
for Marshaling and / or help on the gate (This event is open to
the public)

Please can you give an early indication of entering by posting a
% probability of entry, which will allow the club to finalise
the entry fees.
Please can you also indicate if you can fill any of the event
support roles. Once I have your entry forms I will mark you as

Dear All,
As you will see from the calendar we have two events planned in
the Southwest both are at Middlezoy Aerodrome, but different in
their format.
12th / 13th July is Middlezoy Race Day, as some of you know we
are in the process of creating a track at the Middlezoy
Aerodrome - This will be a full Race Day (Saturday) with sprint
and endurance events we also hope to have further opportunities
to drive on the track on the Sunday.
Camping will be available (including from the Friday) we are
also looking at some food / bar on the Saturday evening.
In the coming months I will add details as they come available
in the meantime any questions please post and I will answer as
soon as practical.

Jim,
Word format Event Form added - I had trouble loading files as
they were to big? But looks to have been the rules and regs in
Word that caused the problem.
