Thanks for the offers of help on the Friday, as detailed above
there may be problems with getting access unless paying for the
weekend.
I think we will be fine on the Friday as we have all afternoon
to set up.
However, any help on the Sunday to dismantle the track will be
warmly welcomed ;D

Evening all.
First time posting on this forum so apologies if I'm doing this
wrong..
Subject to my van being back (which is 95% likely) I'd love to
bring my newly-hatched Hudson 24.
Paperwork's in but I know I'm cutting it fine. In my defence it
was still a theoretical cyclekart until the last couple of weeks
since which time I've gone like the clappers 😂
If this one doesn't pan out then I hope to catch you all in
Bridlington 🤞

Hi Martin, good work with the recent progress on your
cyclekart. I have added you to the list of approved entrants in
the heading post of this topic. Now your approved, please make
payment via bank transfer, then send the completed entry form to
Tim Wheater the event secretary (details on entry form). The
entry regs, entry form are attachments to the first post, but
remember to log in to the forum to view the attachments.

Hi all,
The deadline for Malvern entries is currently midnight Saturday
24th May, but I know some of you are at Middlezoyland over the
weekend and may want to make sure your cyclekart is still
running for Malvern!
Consequently, Tim has kindly agreed to extend the entries
deadline for "approved" persons to midday on Monday 26th May.
Note that entries should only be submitted by persons that have
been listed in the heading post as "approved". If your not on
that list but still want to enter, then get in touch with Tim
for approval before midnight Saturday.

If you are attending the National Kit Car show this weekend, we
have had a communication from the organisers of the Hacky Racers
display which I will show below...
Hi Ian. I was a guest on the SOC stand at Malvern last year (I'm
the one with the teardrop trailer). You probably already know
that our Hacky Racers will be at Malvern this year too. A few of
us will be bringing spare hacky karts for which we have no
drivers. If anyone from CKGB wanted to race with us we'd be
delighted to loan a kart for the weekend. Only wrinkle is that -
for our public liability insurance to remain valid - drivers
would need a MotorSportUK 'RS Clubman' licence. These are free -
just fill in a form on MSUK's website and download/print the
proof. Drivers would also need to be members of HR, but we
should be able to sort that on the day (fees TBS but sure to be
modest if at all). Wondered if you could let CKGB Malvern
attendees know about this exciting 🙂 opportunity so that
any of your drivers who might like to race with us can get
themselves registered at MSUK in advance? Cheers, Ian
As such, if anyone is interested in having a drive of a Hacky
Racer at the weekend, firstly apply to the MSUK for a free RS
clubman licence (I just did this and after you have created a
log in, you will need to input details and upload a passport
style digital photo, but there was no cost, I also added a KX
licence for the Hacky racers club too as it was not clear if I
needed this to drive. I have both now, the process was not
without frustrations but took about 15 minutes)

I can't see a mention of it in the regs Nick, I would presume it
is optional, but fun as always.
