Honda G200 Clone Won't Idle

One project thats stopping me starting the Kart is my Mini Bike.
Its a Baja Dirt Bug with a 212cc Lifan G200 Clone.
No matter what I did it wont idle so Torque converter won't stop
transmitting drive as its spinning too fast.
Had a proper look today and at idle the throttle butterfly is
wide open?
It looks like its set up to run flat out?
Any ideas?
I have asked the supplier but waiting for a reply to my Email?

Looks like I have answered my own question, because the lifan
engine I have is aimed at the builders or Mixers, generators etc
it set to run flat out! Well so the importer tells me so I will
take the governor out and see how that helps.

Missed this post. I run a Lifan on the BSA. At idle, the main
throttle butterfly should look like the image below. If it does
not, it will have the secondry jets working and will be running
at least 2000rpm upto 3600 if the governor is still attached. If
the butterfly does not close when the throttle is released you
will have a runaway kart. The choke butterfly is the side
towards the air filter and should be open on a warm running
engine

I saw a Youtube video of a Blue Cycle Kart and he showed the
spring that can be fitted to the carb once the governor is
removed so that's on this weeks todo list.
If that cures it which I feel it will then the Mini bike is
finished and its on to the Cycle Kart

Unhooked the Governor springs, fitted a carb return spring its
transformed. Just ordered a Hydraulic brake for it as it's a
little nippy! Part way through governor removal then a few minor
bits on it then on with the cycle Kart
