Lawnmower peerless 100 differential

I was having a couple of conversations with people at Malvern
this weekend about the second hand differential I have on the
Auto Union Chassis. Both were struggling to find them on Ebay
See the following link, a lot of them are 3/4" axles, as was
mine. I sleeved it up to 1" and used the keyways to join the
sleeve to the axles. A lot of work but a heck of a lot cheaper
than the peerless Diff is now (£300 from a quick google search)
and with the sleeves and a bit of luck you can get a longer axle
than the 1000mm the peerless is...

Search within the shop for "axle" "kart"

They have others under a different account, they're about 10
miles from me.

If you are going to put a brake disk AND sprocket on the diff,
the bolts through the diff were not long enough on mine. I went
through two purchases before getting ones with sufficient thread
on the bolt ( the body of the diff is threaded) to get the right
ones, they are the 4" 5/16" UNC ones here...
