       Chassis frame and leaf springs

       Hi all, many thanks for the engine info. Would 60x30 rectangular
       box section suffice for a chassis. Also is there a preferred
       camber height for the leaf springs?

       60x30x1.6 will be fine. I have about 60mm arch in my springs.

       I use a combination of 50x25 and 25x25, both 1.5mm thick but it
       really depends on the design and how much contribution you get
       from the bodywork.
