       V Twin Morgan CK?

       Hello, new member here, in the SW looking forward to getting
       involved!
       I am interested in fabricating a Morgan based CK. I'd planned on
       mounting a GX engine up front and driving the rear wheel via
       shaft drive (T80 or similar) & TAV. However, what would really
       go with the look of a classic morgan would be a V-Twin.
       After a bit of searching, I have found a Yamaha XV125 engine
       isnt too poweful at 10hp and down on a GX at 6.6lb ft of torque.
       If this was to remain in one gear and be driven via a TAV, would
       it be eligible?
       Not looking for any performance advantage, or ruffle any
       feathers, purely the aesthetic of having a V Twin up front, and
       the sound of course!

       As the rules stand, this would have to be submitted before the
       committee for consideration. I would not want to preempt the
       response.
