Lagonda Rapier Monoposto 1934

The inspiration vehicle for my next build I found this beauty,
this will be a more casual relaxed build over a longer period of
time. I'll start collecting parts and thinking about how I'm
going to go about this one. First I need to make some room in
the garage sell some stuff, make some room and money. Hope to
start construction next year.

Well I made a start on something while I'm waiting on space.
Just ordered a quick release and a chunk of ally to make a
steering wheel boss that hides the bolts.

I often wondered what french whipping would look like on a
wheel, but after doing the BSA in 1mm cotton, the sore hands
decided that might have been a task too far.
