       I've been doing my usual Sunday morning ritual of spending too
       much time/money on eBay, and saw some wheels that may be good
       for cycle karts provided they adhere to the rules.
       I'm not sure how strict the wire wheel element is.
       They seem to be quite cheap and plentiful and 1.85x17 in size.
       They obviously don't look the part, but thought some ally sheet
       or similar to make an aero cover would help.
       Has this come up before, and has there been any decision made
       for or against this type of wheel?
